You will be competing with Indian and Chinese born Americans 2nd generation mostly. So here is your indicator#1. Demographics are rapidly changing, tatha orike raledu last elections lo. The current system won't sustain longer and there will be an immigration overhaul for sure, with or without tatha.

Legal immigration ki Republicans eppudu support chestaaru. Illegal immigration, DACA and minority upliftment ki Democrats.  Republicans are good for us. The issues we are facing now is regarding the illegal or legal gaps that we are taking advantage off.  Trump didn't bring any new law until now that affect legal immigration. Whatever he did untill now is merely enforcing the existing laws since we are taking advantage of it.  Both previous Democrat and Republican govts until now didn't enforce them.

Trump second time president ayite, I believe he might speed up the backlog GC issues and close down the loopholes.

Ee loopholes manam advantage teesukovadam valla people here are mad us. So, even a democratic govt, if elected for next teem, can't go back on enforcement. So, next ye govt vachina consultancies who is taking advantage of loopholes or doing malpractices will be affected. Also, if Democrats got elected, their main focus would be more on DACA and illegal immigration rather than dealing legal immigration issues that would benefit us.

Well said. Republicans wants to help legal immigration by fixing loopholes. But Dems other wise.

As we progress DACA will end early next yr. So Dems will come up compromise with Republicans. Focusing on DACA, reps will give some relief to DACA, legal immigration, closing remaining loop holes..coming days will be tough for sure..reps might bring Merit based next term..

Future immigration will be at best of america.by next yr first qtr more scrutiny with new rules like employer employee relationship and other..regulations are getting ready..this will make much more difficult for h1 consulting..
