Indian society has always been broken. They have come together for nothing. They have to find solace in conspiracy theories.

US eg. pre 1980(before mass migration), they had some social cohesiveness. They were okay with free college, free medicals etc. ofcourse they didn't give all this to blacks anuko. lol.

I think, the culprits needs to be shot as early as possible.

Only Fear can reduce the crimes to certain extent, though not in all cases.

increasing punishment will not reduce crimes...there is no proven evidence anywhere in the world.
