True... I was just imagining this afternoon that... in future, people do mock queue ups in front of “some” stores as a ritual.. as part of thanksgiving celebration.

 most past I see them empty, the mall in our city is used my aged people for daily exercise when its cold outside 

JC penny  in our city just runs of the  makeup section 

the other store is shoe carnival its  empty always

there are multiple reasons

1) Online Shopping. Costco and Nordstorm rack  sites were down yesterday 

2) Stores are opening much earlier now a days. 10 years ago, most stores open at 6AM on Friday. Now its 5PM on Thursday

3) no specific door busters thats given to people standing in line anymore
