Agree, when we r in panic mode brain does not function . Similar example , one girl she had fire on her dress ( working in lab ) . Colleagues called 911 for help and no one  tried to put water to cease fire . Even she got so panjce and started running around her work space and eventually passed away after sometime in hispital . Someone mentioned me about the story .
