I have seen shameless behaviour from a police officer....and saw and heard bad things about police.

Good people in Police are very rare....I would like to meet them.

Cops cannot be good mannered. Look at their field and the type of people the deal with on everyday basis...they don't work  with polished people like people in this DB but they work with scrap population of the society..

Expecting cops to be well mannered and polite is a long shot man...

I have an experience filing complaint in US and it is not much different in their attitude. you need to wait for your turn finally cop ki apartment la 1k cycle lepsindru ante light tesukomannadu and second time someone dented my car in the parking lot, police daggaraku poyi identify the number plate from cc camera ante malla light tesukommnadu. complaint register chesindu kani no action.
