There is no solution.

If you make hard the rules like rape chesinvadini champali ante china lo 4 membets ni elane champesaru but after 1 year it came out that they are innocent and now china is backward in applying death penalty.

Magavalla budhi natural ga maradhu, despite it weak women they always have desperate looks and once mandu taigthy vallu manshulu karu. I can say only 2 options which may reduce crime but may mit eliminate completly. 

1) ban all alcohol, if you cant ban just limit 1 per customer and no public bars allowed( lorry valli podununchi tagithay road meda evadu patinchu koledu).

2) legalize prositution license and all.

This may reduce a crime by 30% also oka 3 amayulu brathiki potharu.

Solution : Parents needs to teach good manners at home to male kids ........ when they are ill mannered ...parents needs to correct them...... that is the only solution .....

Education is the only solution. 

Awareness is the only way out..

Education ante Maths lo 100/100, MPC lo 95% kadura ayya...kids need to be taught about such evil crimes from at least high school age so that people will get awareness...

Most rapists are high school kids a decade before. Even in this #Disha case, those 4 rapists did not had proper education and all of them would have been in high school less than a decade

Only education can save people from committing such heinous crimes and awareness will help to falling prey to such crimes...anything other than these will not be effective..
