something like that is happening in Chile. after 1 month of protests, govt agreed to amend the constitution. But they are amending it to curb the powers of president.

I think your sugggestion is to introduce tough penalties on criminals.

Make a strong group with enough members every constitution wise such a way that they should influence the election strongly at ground level. Like maybe 5-6 people in each village for example. This should come to 150-200 members for each constituency. 

Than keep that mla in control of your group and get the benefits.

GST is how much it is taxed. simple.

if you take the entire supply chain.. you can simply look up GST revenue which is about 2lakh crores per month.These things are specified in the budget itself.
