they don’t allow you to cancel order even within 2 hours it’s placed 

They charge 15% for restocking fee for returns

dont buy HP Products...

nenu laptop teesukunna about 1 year...within a month i was having wifi issues...

i called customer service...they said they can only help me if i buy a service package...

i said i bought it on your website and its wifi is not working...then he says we are not responsible for hardware which is manufactured by other companies like intel 

typical scamsters.

Was this their response even when it was under warranty??

exactly...i asked them whats the point of warranty period when you ask my pay for service package..

he said HP doesnt provide repairs...they outsource to some company and they are no related to HP...and since wifi cards manufactured by Intel they are not responsible.

and on HP customer site other than this number there is no other number.

What Crazy Yaar !!!!! How could they deny it when it still under warranty if its hardware issue...

HP I also dont recommend bhayya, Dell lot better

do not buy HP products ... the laptops are made of cheap plastic after 16 months these will crack or broke when you try to dis-assemble ... for Laptops try to get Lenovo or Dell
