Why tellolu get laid off from IT Job ??

nuvvu pani chese workplace lo can you identify the person who is the least valuable to the company. lets say ok 10 people ni select chey...

andhulo oka 9 ppl will be non desis and 1 desi (may be mainframe time GC/Citizen ankul or Kumar uncle types).....its based purely on performance...

recent ga ma client lo layoff ayithey maa team lo 2 managers fasak..and everyone felt bad that they were laid off after working for so many years...but everyone also knows they dont do anything ..other than attend meeting calls...only 2 desi h1b full time guys are there..both perform well so they were retained because they are critical to the team...

all desi contractors...were let go phase by phase...irrespective of skill level.

Getting laid off is beneficial most times. The relation is not working out and you dont have a chance for growth . konni sarly being in  ibbandikara situations pushes you to introspect. Key is not to start blaming others or playing victim.   Getting laid off as contract employee is far worse. no severance , no   notice.

yeah times are changing...just 8 hrs office lo unde uncles..

6 ki vachi 2 ki chekkesevaala time ayipoyindhi....either they are getting laid off or they are retiring....

millenials in IT are more hardworking but 50% of them are dumb...vaalaki jagratha ga groom chestunnai companies..so that they dont leave..

its not overworking...

gone are the days where only 8 hrs per day is working hours...

nowadays working hours are 8 hours of actual work whether it takes 8 consecutive hrs or within 24 hr clock.

honestlly in office during the 8 hrs you may actually do real work for only 4 hrs migatha antha timepass.

I work with both... naa drusthi lo tellollu or desis same, passion unde vadu blood pedtadu... lenodu 4 ki packup cheptadu. Only difference, tellodu vishyam artham cheskune daka touch kooda cheyyadu
