During her testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, law professor Pamela Karlan said President Trump does not have the power to do whatever he wants, adding that “while the president can name his son Barron, he cannot make him a baron.” The first lady, VP, press secretary and other members of the GOP criticized the comment, calling it an attack on a minor.
