Problem is the law system in india. You cant compare that car indienct to this rape incident. If someone molests or forces a girls in USA, he ll be behind bars for 30 straight years without a question. If it is brutal rape like this, he will die in jail forever. 

And you know how indian law works, and you cant say india as safest with such law in place. Police cant suspect okay, but law should work once the incident happens.
