So, System lo edo thappu vundani telusu kada.... appudu system ni correct cheyala leka case by case ila outside of the law encounter cheyala?  Law ni daati vellochu ane idea janaalaki choppinchadam manchidena?  Adi kuda by the people who enforce law on people who doesnt follow them?
