No one is debating on punishment for culprits.  Justice system fail ayinappudu you should correct the system. Going out of system wouldn't help the cause, may be it gives emotional relief, thats all about it. It doesn't give good precedent to public either.

Again Justice ante Killing the culprit tho aagakudadu. Justice is to make things like this never happen again.

So what you are saying is if someone accuses you of a rape, you're indeed guilty and hence circumventing the system is okay to kill you?

I think they are giving wrong medicine to the problem.

Nirbhaya case lo kuda there are two problems and they should fix both of them.

1. 7 years saaga theesaru, inka theesthune unnaru.

2. Minor got away with just 3 years of imprisonment.
