I m contracting so no 401k 

60% real estate means around 20 lakh per year and I suppose I can’t get a decent plot or flat or even agriculture land right ... so how to invest ? Suggestions pl

Take a home loan in India and buy a property there. With the money you are saving you can pay off the monthly installments.
