people are okay to work without money. They just don't know of any system that would let them do it. Most people just want to live in peace, and have fun with friends and family. 

and those that want to aim high can work on their own projects like launching into space, because they don't have to worry about where their next meal is going to come from.The cost of these projects too radically decreases, because there's no boss that takes the cut from the mineral that is mined, refined, manufactured. Its just people who learn the trade and want to take part in the process and want to have a shot at going to outerspace.

There is a right to kill insane. But no rules imply, anyone can get killed either sane or insane.

the country is only as safe as the people living in it want it to be.

if a few people do overaction and try to control others, they can be killed.  you'll not be branded a criminal for killing anyone.

if you think, that will encourage people to simply kill each others for no reason, I don't know if it will happen or not. we'll see..

 

I'm of the belief that humans do not kill each other for sport, and do it only under extreme stress. I may be wrong.
