Biodiversity Flyover Accident: Influential Driver Escapes Law

he memories of the Biodiversity Flyover accident are still fresh for everyone. A speeding car dashed off the flyover and killed a lady waiting for an auto under the flyover. According to the media reports, the driver, Kalvakuntla Krishna Milan Rao is a CEO of the Gaming Company and is also said to be a Relative of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. The Rich and Influential have their own ways to escape the law. Milan Rao joined a hospital to evade the arrest. He stayed there until the issue went away from Public memory and filed a petition in the High Court requesting a stay on his arrest. No surprises, he even managed to get the stay. The grounds on which he got the stay are very interesting. His counsel argued in the court that the Flyover design is flawed and he is actual a victim due to the accident. There is no mention about the 104 KMPH Speed he is travelling when the accident occurred. The Government Counsel did not oppose any of the arguments and only sought more time for the Government to come up with its arguments. Meanwhile, Krishna Milan Rao is left Scott free. In the whole episode, a family which suffered the loss of its family member finds itself stranded.

evadu ayina ade chestedo, argue in his defense and court will decide the out come. court ki government ki difference telchukondi ra firstu. if he is not arrested or produced before the court then I would agree then govt is supporting him but in this case so far the procedure has been followed

Thelvadhu bro...asalu ah daridrudu chesindhi pedda thappu...nenu bhi vellina oka 1 week ah flyover nundi..sharp turn untadhi but fly over medha 104 kmph evadu velthadu ....evado oulagadu thappa...andhukey kadha chattam Sirimanthudi ki Chuttam anedhi..

P.S - ikkada malla cover drive lu eyyakandi that fly over design is faulty...I mean come on...even though the design is faulty who the fu*k will drive at 104 kmph speed on a fly over..for God's sake try to think...enduku cheppina antey accident jarigina roju kontha mandhi db la fly over design thappu avadam valley accident aindhani cheppindru...

Where is the report that was promised to submitted within a week...dhani gurinchi chadi chappudu ledhu...did the govt counsel mention about the spoed at the time of accident...because I think police went on record saying that he was speeding at 104...irrespective of his background and relatives...he should be punished...the degree of punishment should be decided by court of law...
