Yeah bro...I agree with you on this part...hyderabad la realestate antey manam murali Mohan jayabheri Ani anukuntamu but there are some individuals who did and are doing real estate business in much larger proportions...I was literally awestruck with the way they were doing business in such proportions and no lime light on them...same us the case with film industry...manam ramanaidu, c Kalyan...lanti producers thopu anukuntamu but vallaki kuda finance cheese vallu unnaru..literally industry is in the hands of those 2 or 3 financiers...veella perlu kuda bayataki raavu..

Yeah bro....malla reddy monna monna paiki vachindu...there is some reddy I'm unable to remember his name..he was the pioneer of real estate deals in Hyderabad...even murali Mohan kuda eyana daggara nundi konukkunnadantaru...he is still doing real estate in Hyderabad outskirts...Inka eyaniki hyd outskirts la Chala bhoomulu unnai Ani cheptharu...kasani gnaneshwar chesina deals Dubai varaku vellinai via Mumbai...

I too heard from my native town residents that the case was settled outside the court but didn't know the details of it...it was a gory crime which should have been pursued instead of out of court settlement...but em chesthamu Paisa mein paramathma...!

Yes Kasani gnaneshwar mudiraj .. he owned a tv channel too by name Sathya Tv in early 2000s.. but the channel was not successful and later closed I think .
