Yo @Spartan neutral - look at below.. Thuglak gani papers edi chepthe adi nammi 10ngi -  how many have you seen any discussion regarding the contractors and the bidding process followed in awarding the contracts in Kaleswaram ? how many were in bidding process..

Oka pichakuntla design chesi TG is at record level debt , that no other state govt reached..

Don't waste your time in disco. 

If this project guarantees water supply for future for Hyderabad , then it's cost is totally justified for just that one reason. See the situation of Chennai right now.

kaleswaram lo unna reservoirs fill ainai anukundam...which otherwise would have gone wasted...

come 2021 and 2022 ...severe draought and <50% rainfall undi..

appudu kaneesam 2022 lo vadukodaniki water untadi kada tagadanikaina...
