When you are presented in court, will you just accept the fact that you killed a person and Willing to go to jail or will you put up a fight and say that the person whom you killed is standing on wrong spot ?

Suppose your drove, and accident ayindi..ala flyover mida nundi kinda padi, kinda okaru chanipoi...now ie situation lo vunte emi chesthav ?

No one wants to drive ante evadanna kathi petti bediristhe drive chesada 104 kmph?  Adhi kooda busy road meedha. He definitely has the intention to speed. And he does not care about anyone’s life. He SHOULD BE JAILED. There is no case of a faulty design. There is no proof that the flyover is faulty design. But there is enough proof that he sped ignoring speed rules. He broke the law and should be punished.
