Hello bro looks like you are from Chicago .any insight on where should I rent apt..what will be my average cost of living with family of 4.. no school..

I moved out bro, but 105 is good. If you are not worried about school going kids, westmont is better. 1300-1500 decent 2 bhk and train commute better.
Wheeling, naperville, Shaumburg are good too.
rent + utilities + train commute = 2100
groceries - 1000
3100 untey you are good..your take home 6200 untey..half savings kada.

and rents in mid range cities are also same bro...
edo chinna chinna cities thappithey...all mid range cities rents are same...

Thanks @naperunenu

My problem is current job 55 per hour vachina..i lost 7 k of savings in last four months..which means ..55 per hour is not enough.. which is more than 110k per annum.

I had similar role from downtown Chicago but I rejected it.

now next 105 k with more expenses in Chicago will be even more expensive for me. But good thing is I don't have to pay medical insurance for family

I had hopes on other big project but looks like it was given to another candidate locally. My Desi falthu employer couldn't negotiate it .

I had 70 per hour  rate until June which I worked for 7 years.

so I am thinking if I wait for one or two more months I might find better deal ? Or I might be wrong ?

you will save on medical insurance and paid vacation/sick etc, so count those as well. FTE is always better.
