Looks like this bill favors Bangladesh Hindus to migrate to India... assam lo one crore Bangladesh Hindus vuntaru, vallani legal ga Indians chestunnaru with this bill... assam locals godava chestunnaru bill vaddu ani but it’s too late

those who come to India as refugees except Muslims from three countries before 2014 only....Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh

A pretty bad interpretation. The bill seeks to expedite the citizenship process of refugees belonging to religious minorities from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh who face religious persecution. Muslims can still apply for citizenship but not under this clause and it will take them 10 years.
