I also heard that IELTS and canadian country has some kinda agreement reason why they cant simply give away 8 7 7 7 ideal score for general test simply just to cash these desperate people who want to come in.

Inko reason kuda vundi ikkada for low scores in USA. They are cashing money by giving low score for the tests in USA.

You are right!!! Moved to Canada last year. I was in USA for 9 years!!!

High rents very very high car insurance... To buy a small 2 bed house you need minimum 700K!!!

Main goal of canada is not welcoming skilled immigrants like USA, their economy sucks and they want money to keep going their free health insurance and other retirement freebies going. 

Canada doesnt want you, its your kids they want. they want to build the young population and you come and do job search and pay for their economy and get frustrated and leave. So it doesnt care if you get job or not, all it cares is your 3 years frustrated spending. Labor laws are very tight for jobs who doesnt have canadian education and who are not citizens.
