Based on karma budhi pudutundi.  Karma is based on several previous janma vasanas. 

 Soul doesnt direct. If soul directs everyone will be god.

Saraswathi devi gurinchi vinnava ?  Goddess of knowledge, wisdom , art and music ? 

Hinduism is a way of life and women are given utmost importance and respect in every level.  I am not sure if any other religion gave this much importance to women.  Manushullo lopinchindi anthe. Dont come to religion.
