@quickgun_murugun We used supersaver tickets (discounted tickets on certain routes) because we thought swiss pass is expensive given our itinerary and only 5 days stay, we won't be able to explore a lot of things and swiss pass was costing more for us.
super saver ticket info: https://www.sbb.ch/de/abos-billette/billette-schweiz/sparbillette.html

Info on swiss pass:  https://www.sbb.ch/de/abos-billette/kaufmoeglichkeiten/swisspass.html . (right click on the page and click "translate to english" if you don't see english already)

As per below post, I think swiss pass can be used on train, bus, boats etc...also discounts on certain ski lifts.

My suggestion is calculate the price on "swiss pass" vs "super saver" and your "exploration/itenary schedule" and buy the best option accordingly.

Hi Bro, when I applied Schengen visa for my mom, who has USA vistors visa also at Italy consulate in India. It took only 1 week. But it strictly varies depending on case by case. so its recommended applying in advance (2-3 months if possible). Also make sure  documentation is correct.

I made below video on applying Schengen visa at Italian consulate from India
