Encounter was a wrong thing but because of that I don’t think criminals family needs to be supported. Life time padedi elano . Take action on that encounter team that’s a fair thing .

I dont see wrong in her asking for money from the government.  We are clubbing too many things in this issue and reacting emotionally.  Athanu thappu chesado ledo prove chesi, athaniki mana jurdiciary system through vuri siksha vesthe then there is no need for govt to pay for his wife. But now, His wife has every right to sue govt/police, since he wasn't convicted and if proved the encounter is fake.

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సంచలనం సృష్టించిన దిశ ఎన్ కౌంటర్ లో ట్విస్టుల మీద ట్విస్టులు చోటు చేసుకుంటున్నాయి. దిశను నరకం చూపించి ఆ తర్వాత దహనం చేసిన ఆ నలుగురు... సీన్ రీ కన్ స్ట్రక్షన్ కోసం ఘటనా స్థలానికి తీసుకెళ్లిన సమయంలో... పోలీసులపై దాడి చేస్తూ పారిపోతున్న సమయంలో ఎన్ కౌంటర్ లో పోలీసులు ఆ నలుగురు నిందితులను కాల్చి చంపిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. హైదరాబాద్ శివారు చటాన్ పల్లి ఎన్ కౌంటర్ లో ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయిన ఈ  నలుగురి కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఢిల్లీ చేరారు. దేశ సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానంలో సంచలన పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు.

ఎన్ కౌంటర్ లో పాల్గొన్న పోలీసులపై ఎఫ్ ఐఆర్ నమోదు చేయాలని దిశ నిందితుల కుటుంబాలు సుప్రీంను ఆశ్రయించాయి. ఈ మేరకు సుప్రీంకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. నలుగురు నిందితులను ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా కాల్చి చంపి ఎన్కౌంటర్గా చిత్రీకరిస్తున్నారని.. ఈ ఘటనపై విచారణ జరిపించాలని న్యాయవాదులు ఆర్. సతీష్ - పీవీ.కృష్ణమాచారి నిందితుల తల్లిదండ్రులతో కలిసి  పిల్ దాఖలు చేశారు. కస్టడీలో ఉన్న నిందితులను హత్య చేసినందుకుగాను ఒక్కో కుటుంబానికి రూ.50లక్షల నష్ట పరిహారాన్ని ఇప్పించాలని కోరారు.

సీపీ సజ్జనార్ సహా ఎన్ కౌంటర్ లో పాల్గొన్న పోలీసులపై విచారణ కమిషన్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తు జరిపించాలని న్యాయస్థానానికి దిశ నిందితుల కుటుంబాలు సుప్రీంను కోరాయి. పోలీసులు నిందితులను నకిలీ ఎన్ కౌంటర్ చేశారని.. వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని తాము ఈ డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. కోర్టు వేసిన విచారణ కమిషన్ కు అందించే సాక్ష్యాలు తారుమారు చేయకుండా సీపీ సజ్జనార్ సహా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నియంత్రించాలని పిటిషనర్లు కోరారు.
