Highlander. Dont go for the electric one tho. Also, in all three vehicles you mentioned, the third row is useless for adults (I guess you already knew that). or Get a Lexus GX 460 with some 20,000 miles.

Kia Telluride is best for 3rd row space. Highlander waste 3rd row space ante.
