cheap rates:

Small shops in Abids, Koti. You just roam around the area and you will find many. They have tailors as well if you have enough time.  Sometimes if you wear only once or twice or occasionally, this might be the good option, 

However sales people might stress you/ Embarrass to buy something so be-aware and buy only if you like. Returns/exchange depends on the store. Ask about it at the store.

Moderate/high rates:

Mayanvaar, Mebaaz lo semi formal suits or party ware untai.  Malls - in orbit, shoppersstop, Central, GVK etc also have formal suits. Even in these places, shop/mall sales people just stand in front of us while shopping even we don't need help but they won't force you to buy . No returns exchange only

if you want completely formal,  its better to buy in USA only at stores like Express, Banana Republic etc where you can return if you don't like.
