అభివృద్ధికి వికేంద్రీకరణ అవసరమని,దక్షిణాఫ్రికా లాంటి దేశాలకు మూడు రాజధానులు ఉన్నాయని, మనం కూడా మారాలని మన రాష్ట్రానికి కూడా మూడు రాజధానులు రావొచ్చేమో అని సీఎం జగన్ అన్నారు. అసెంబ్లీలో ఈరోజు ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, నిపుణుల కమిటీ నివేదిక వారంలో వస్తుందని చెప్పారు.
‘ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రానికి బహు:శ మూడు క్యాపిటల్స్ వస్తాయేమో. ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ క్యాపిటల్, లెజిస్లేచర్ క్యాపిటల్ , జ్యడిషియల్ క్యాపిటల్ రావాల్సిన పరిస్థితి కనిస్తోంది’ అని అన్నారు. విశాఖపట్టణంలో ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ క్యాపిటల్ కనుక ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే ఖర్చు ఏమీ ఉండదని, అక్కడ అన్నీ ఉన్నాయని, మెట్రో రైల్ వస్తే సరిపోతుందని చెప్పారు. ఈ తరహా ఆలోచనలు చేసేందుకు ఓ కమిటీని నియమించామని, త్వరలోనే ఓ నివేదికను సమర్పిస్తారని అన్నారు. ఈ నివేదికలు తయారు చేసే బాధ్యత రెండు సంస్థలకు అప్పగించామని, ఆయా నివేదికలు వచ్చిన తర్వాత సుదీర్ఘంగా తాము ఆలోచన చేసి ఓ మంచి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని అన్నారు.
అమరావతిలో లెజిస్లేటివ్ క్యాపిటల్, విశాఖపట్టణంలో ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ క్యాపిటల్ పెట్టొచ్చు, కర్నూలు లో హైకోర్టు ఏర్పాటు చేయొచ్చేమో అని జగన్ సూచనప్రాయంగా తెలిపారు.
