h4 GC citizens nenu antunna tech lo right now positions fill cheyyatam kashtam ga undi. Theoretically that should increase rates. But no the rates are not budging. I don’t think h4ead is the reason for low rates. As @soodhilodaaram told it is due to WITCH companies quoting low costs to client and if not possible to fill here outsourcing the positions
