but employer is saying he got some audit approvals within 4 months itself And also he know some other Audit cases that got approved within 4 months 

 

does it happen like that ?

perm is an online process...no documentation needed at time of filing...audit padithe employer should show proofs of perm filing steps,..like paper ads, resumes seleced, interview details, any offers made and refused and all such things.

Naa audit happened 2 years back...audit for some tax documents and employer information...took about 3-4 months for the audit to clear.

I remember it was Jan when I got the audit, responded in 10-15 days and took about 3 months from then...

below answer is for my personal case. 1+ year asalu consider kooda cheyyale . its matter of 2014/15 le.
