I dont see its speculation ... Jagan has indirectly indicated Vizag is going to be the capital .... 40 days run chese assembly will be in Amaravati which is (Legislative capital)... The meaning for this means Vizag is capital ...

California aina ante.... Sacramento is the capital (All Administrative) but Bay Area and Los Angeles were developed.... this is the lines I am talking about ...

Having ADMINISTRATION decentralized is costly kuda.... Enduku antunanu ante... example is

Same thing... If you Decentralize Administartion.... MLAs... or other security and other officials etc have to travel tomorrow between Capital and other region ... which is a costly affair on a regular basis ..... anduke
