Real time 5 years experience vundhi as a DBA so every time when I get any questions during h1process my employer answer chese vadu like specialty occupation, how my current job related to my studies etc. So naku konchem relaxed ga anipinchedhi. But FT kicnvert ithae manaki entha flexibility ga vundadhu kadha to answer questions related to those or client will also support same way how our employer supports, I am not very sure and so confused. Even if it is an IT position, it shouldn't be an issue since you already have 5 years of experience in IT.

If it is a mid level or a big company it shouldn't be an issue. You can always prove that your skills are match for the job. Skills doesn't necessarily need to come from education. I would encourage you to take FT, if your role and pay is good.

He means altering the speciality occupation/education letter that will suit his work. A FT company may not be willing to modify those letters. They will only state his education and his occupation duties. They may also be not willing to submit submit education evaluation documents or may not respond to queries fully.
