Depends on what impression you created initially... looks like they don't have a good impression on you based on your behavior and work in the office.. and they are not trusting you... 

once you lose their trust, everything you say or do is suspicious for them... 

Thellollu 8 hours ante aa 8 hours dedicated ga pani chesthaaru... i mean many of them... that is their work ethic.. 5 ki close ante 5 ki vellipothaaru... they won't stay late... 

Mana Indians like to spend lot of hours in office.. as we equate number of hours to the amount of work we do... again, this is a general perception... 

manam ofc time lo personal panulu, personal phone calls, deals, uppara meetinglu, pathhi vyaparalu anni chesthaamu... adi veellaku nachhadu... they hate it..

one of my colleague talks India calls in ofc time.. for atleast 2 hrs every day... and another nalla colleage don't like it... she thinks it is unprofessional..

QA aithe alane vuntundhi. They think QA team are dumbs and I don't know why clients are still using QA or manual testing.

Change your technology or go and join YSRCP party in Andhra or TRS in telangana.
