People should be allowed to come in if they're bringing in any skill, like how the citizenship is given to all people that seek it on the basis of their job. If you're talking about refugees, there is no need to discriminate, they're all seeks alms, and are a burden to the society. Why should the Government grant citizenship to so many people that are going to be a burden to the society.
