I think its women weaker position in society which makes it especially traumatic to handle it. If women are made to feel secure then these assaults while still very wrong may not be that traumatic.

I really dont know i mean i know it is very bad situation  ...i just try to flip the situation in a way i can relate...if i was 12 year old and some 30 year old woman tried to grope me ...i may be a bit creeped out but i think i will be ok ..i wont call it traumatic ..and i think its the same with most men. why is this difference  coming from ? or am i mistaken.

It's not just groping though, not sure how I can explain it. And it was more than once, he had a son my age.

in my under graduation final viva practical...my HOD was going crazy on me...(he literally insulted me in front of my crush).... 😥
