Tdp did the same.. IMO, a capital cannot be built in 3-4 years.. it takes decades.. 4 yrs lo land pool chesi Planning chesaru.. construction start chesaru.. assembly high court kattaru.. it is foolish to expect a dream capital to be built in 3-4 years.. now they have to start All over again at the new place.. malla next time tdp vasthe they will change again..
