Gluten wheat lo eppati nunchoo vundii the process change ayindii like previous days wheat to bread it would take days now it’s jus matter of hours half hour lo we get bread from the flour Netflix lo oka documentary vunde they explain all these I don’t remember on top of my mind but that’s the reason now ppl are looking at artisan bakeries, additive free breads paying almost $10 for a loaf of bread
