Till Hyderabad is there , no need to worry about TG going bankrupt as long as they adjust their budgets in down turn years. Which he already is from this year. 

Worst case they can even cap rythu bhandhu.

People who argue about cost , water has no cost. Hyderabad will become like Chennai if nothing is planned now. If kaaleshwaram promises water supply to Hyderabad then any cost is justified.
