Lost 8 kilos in 10 days

Mrng

8.30 -green tea

9.00 - 3 hard boiled eggs(must eat yellow too)

Afternoon

12.00 - green tea

12.30 - 3 hard boiled eggs + one apple

Evng

4:30 - green tea

5:00 - one apple

Night 

8.39 - green tea

9:00 - oat meal (no milk)

Strictly followed for 10 consecutive days and lost 8kilos. Two days instead of oat meal had idli

If u feel hungry, have some carrots n cucumber

Starting lo konchem kallu thiriginatlu anipisthondhi. 2nd n 3rd day control cheskuntry enough, u can complete the course. From 5th day onwards u feel the difference

I didn't feel any difference. It's almost 20 days. Daily I used to check my weight. 

U need to control ur intake after this diet to maintain 

I'm daily going for a walk n playing badminton . So np

Check with doctors before doing such things.. 3-5 kgs per month gradual ga tagithe better but certainly not at this rate for sure..
