Strictly followed for 10 consecutive days and lost 8kilos. Two days instead of oat meal had idli

If u feel hungry, have some carrots n cucumber 

 

Empty stomach meeda tea and coffee not good man. It will lead to acidity or ulcers....don't drink too much of tea
