There are a few contenders for the title 'Hero of the year', but when it comes to the 'Heroine of the year', the choice is unanimous.

Yes it is Samantha, the Queen of Telugu Cinema taking away the crown yet again. 

Mrs. Samantha is not finding offers in big ticket films anymore. But that has turned out to be a blessing for her.

She is finally taking up roles that do complete justice to her talent. Oh Baby is a fine example of how good an actress she is. 

Not many could have pulled off such a challenging role with such an ease. In Majili, Sam paired up with her hubby and has lit the screens up with her terrific portrayal of a neglected wife. She is arguably one of the biggest reasons for Majili's success.

With films like 96 lined up for release in 2020, Samantha is sure to put up a tough fight again.
