He played his part. Go check the growth numbers. As a visitor to HYD, I clearly saw the difference in HYD in the 90s-2000s. With clean and green and janmabhoomi. He for sure made the city viable for investing. At least, he can have that on his resume. you cant deny that. If you did, you may need some soul searching.

I never heard of advancement globalization. I know globalization is economic activity and leads to technological advancement. What is advancement globalization. Is there a time limit to achieve said advancement globalization? Is 20 years too much and 5 year is the right period.

are you saying about ease of doing business, employment data etc are these actual parameters for a state to become prosper? 

hyderabad itself an investment hub like no one is to be needed to take care of a brilliant student of his studies like hyderbad has the potential to develop with its investor friendly atmosphere if he was capable as you said other major cities like vja vzg tpt would have been developed on par with hyd during joint andhra pradesh time
