Because inflation in India is raising ..salaries not raising..land values are mostly stagnated unless soek venture comes in..

 

Capital land investment is 100% profit.  And the process was transparent..okka jhatka ledhu...and funny thing is ..relatives who suggested are all ysrcp party members.. they even invested in business and other ventures.. nadi 1.5 compared to them..they invested all of their wealth.

 

During election too jagan had 75% support in the region

Uneccesarly he is spoiling the new  hold in the region .

If he had developed Kurnool as financial capital..he would have got double bonus . This is stupid move even considering his political mileage. Antha majority capital region lol vachina he is wasting it
