assalu amaravathi area lo jaggadiki 2019 lo inni seats ravadam pedha wonder.  as u said, common people voted against tdp. enthala antey lokesh ni kooda odincharu common people. aa area lo hard core tdp supporters elago tdp ki vestharu. neutral people jaggadiki vesaru monna. pretty sure next elections lo majority of these neutral votes in that area will vote against jagan.

2014 ki mundu vjw-guntur side undi mostly locals ey. non locals chaala thakkuva. most of them own some property.  rent is just one of the factors. 30k salary vasthunnavadiki 10k rent ok ayundochu. kaani assalu job ey ledhu anuko 1k kooda kastam.

personal ga vizaq ni capital cheyyadam naaku istam ledhu. its beautiful city. over crowded aithey penta avuthadi. 

other side of the coin, people who own properties will be happy kada. unlike vjw, vizaq has some kind of mixed crowd. 2-3 decades back nellore etc areas nunchi chaala mandi migrate ayyaru.
