hows the infrastructure ..do people look like they are scare of the govt all the time ? hows cost of living ...do you have central air conditioning - cooking gas comes from pipes or cylinders ? did you drive ? how are roads and signage ?

i stay in Shanghai so infra wise one of the best.....raffic sense is very good. I stay in hotel....so cant comment
