But now they removed it... So taking private Ok You can Try out Appollo Munich & Max Bupa... Medical tests mandatory if cleared waiting period will be 3 yrs for pre existing. Now here in Star Health & Religare Health insurance are giving Senior citizen specific plans covering pre-existing after 1 yrs/2 yrs with out any medical tests but has Co-Pay option (Means Insurance firm will pay 70-80% off bill and rest needs to be from your pocket). But you need declare what issues they have before hand. You can check on their Website they have mentioned details clearly. Or else if they already had Insurance and hasn't lapsed long aga based on that history also companies provide health insurance even New India Assurance can be looked in to.
