max 401k for your employer match , typically employer match 4-6% untundi most companies ki

If you still want to save , you can contribute upto 19,500 to 401 k per year , tax free , but you can not withdraw it until you are 59 1/5 with out a penalty

check this for High yield savings accounts : https://www.nerdwallet.com/best/banking/high-yield-online-savings-accounts

Previously Citi used to offer 2.36% , not its less , all banks offering less interest now

Personally I think high yield savings is a waste ,  however its slightly better than normal savings/checking accounts which do not accrue interest at all

Our company does 6% . I will look into it . Thanks :)

Thanks bro, i will see that

Split it and save it in different banks/fintech companies. As the Savings go higher, the interest rates drop.

Example: Orion gives 4% upto 30k and heritage bank gives 3% upto 25k. If you have money anywhere near 55k it is better to invest in these banks by splitting the amount. If you have more than 55k, split the rest into redneck/vio/hsbc. If the interest rates reduce suddenly shift the money to other banks. Ante constant ga chesthundali and that is how you will make enough money.

You can take loan on 401k for certain situations. It has 4 or 6 percent interest. The interest you pay goes into 401k only so you are paying for yourself research that

not always true. What if you 401k yield 8-10% returns?

Orion Federal Credit Union is headquartered in Memphis, Tennesse and is the 7th largest credit union in the state. It was established in 1957 and has grown to over 70,000 members at 10 locations. Even though this is a credit union, residents nationwide can become a member and open an account.

Heritage Bank was founded in 1927.

Both are a little old and have decent reputation. Maree safety ekkuva vundali ante hsbc is giving 2% but I think they will reduce that to 1.7% in the next few months.
