Health Insurance Suggestion

Hello Friends - Need suggestions on good insurance plan for my friends wife. She has recently travelled from India and  my friends employer has denied from adding her to my friend's insurance plan which employer has provided.

Probably she can be added to employer insurance during the next open enrollment period which is far away, meanwhile can someone kindly suggest  best insurance plans which can be availed.
