when rest of the states are getting modernized with new industries and infrastructure, AP is walking backward to distribute wealth for social welfare and support age old agriculture.

1. avg to rich farmers will get their children educated and they will fly way to bangalore, hyd, US, UK

2. avg to rich people who had some sense are already out of the state ( atleast their kids are out)

3. mind less people are entering into politics in larger numbers
