@subbu28 did you get an itemized bill? And aa bill lo insurance cover cheyyani items enti enduku cover cheyyaledhu insurance ki phone chesi kanukkunnara? If insurance needs documentation doctors nunchi techi submit cheyyandi. Try to reduce the bill
